Questions

Before you book.

How much does a fire performer cost in Toronto?

It depends on the length of the show, the number of performers, the venue and travel. Send the date and venue through the quote form and you'll get a price within a day.

Do we need a permit for a fire show?

Outdoor flame effects in Toronto generally need approval from Toronto Fire Services, usually applied for by the event organizer. You'll receive a professional fire safety plan and technical rider to attach to the application. Other cities have their own rules, and we confirm them for each venue.

Are you insured?

Yes. $2,000,000 liability insurance that specifically covers fire performance, valid in Canada. A certificate is available on request.

Can you perform indoors?

Fire indoors depends on the venue: ceiling height, clearance and fire-department approval. Where flame isn't possible, there's an LED version of the show with the same theatre and choreography.

How much space do you need?

About 15 × 15 ft per performer, at least 15 ft of clear overhead space, and the audience at least 20 ft back behind a barrier or marked line.

What happens if it's windy or raining?

Safety comes first. In strong wind or rain the fire set is shortened, moved or swapped for the LED show, so the booking still goes ahead.

Where do you perform?

Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and across Ontario.
